All of our products are ethically made in Bangladesh. We work with local artisans and factories across the country, from small remote villages to the capital city, Dhaka.

Simply browse our website, add desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the easy steps to enter your shipping information and payment details.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary per item and location, with the final shipping cost calculated at checkout.
How long will it take to get my order?
We process your order within 24 hours of purchase and aim to deliver within 3-5 working days, for UK mainland customers.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the UK, with plans to offer international shipping in the coming weeks.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and payment providers including, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to modify it, however you can cancel it, should wish to.
What's your return policy?
Most of all, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we understand if you change your mind. If you're not happy with your order, you can request an exchange or return for 14 days after purchase.
